Our pups come with a (1) year guarantee against hip dysplasia, which must be determined through
Penn-Hipp or OFA. Once you receive your pup, you have 48 hours to have it checked by your vet to
assure the pup is healthy upon arrival. All vet bills and shipping costs of replacement pup are the
buyers responsibilities. Our vet must receive all clinical records that show the dysplasia before refund of
any sort including written verification from OFA or Penn Hip including the X-rays. If your dog has been
used in any of the following before the age of 1 year, the guarantee is void: breeding, weight pulling, &
fighting. Also the guarantee is void if dog is mistreated, abused, lack of socialization or any type of
neglect is evident in the dog. All dogs we sell MUST be cared for in the proper manner and must
receive regular scheduled vet care. If for any reason you decide you need to find a home for any dog
that we have sold, you MUST contact us before taking the dog to any type of shelter. This guarantee is
a puppy only guarantee, which means no cash refunds! We only guarantee that the pup is pet quality,
not show or breed quality. (short tails, cowhocked, puppy mange, temperment, high rearend, walleyes,
etc. are not covered under guarantee) We breed for perfection, but it's hard to produce a perfect pup.
All dogs leave here guaranteed to make a great family pet with the proper training and vet care.

| Deposits & Shipping |
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold a pup. The pup MUST be paid in full, as
well as all shipping fees before the puppy is sent out or picked-up. All pups must be paid in
full by the age of 6 weeks unless other arrangements have been approved by us. Once you
contact us, we will fax or email you a contract to be signed. Please keep in contact with us with
info on your new dog and send pictures so we can place them on our Produced page.
